100 DAYS TO LAUNCH!! This doesn’t feel real at all. Since joining the World Race, time has sped by and I feel like the mission trip has snuck up on me so quickly! A little fundraising update: I am now roughly 35% funded, WHAT?! What a blessing. Thank you to everyone who donated to this journey so far, you are the reason the people of Central America will hear the Gospel!!!

Right now, God is really teaching me to trust in Him and His timing. Just when fundraising is at a stand-still and I feel like I will never raise the money, another donation comes through. When I was afraid that my passport wasn’t gonna get delivered in time, it comes in the mail in record speed. He has really showed me that if it is HIS plan, it will prevail in HIS timing. Not mine. It’s a struggle for me to give up control, and God has really used this experience to stretch me in that way. Thank you Jesus for loving and providing throughout this journey <3

I cannot stress how much y'all's support means to me. Although most of my friends and family have been nothing but supportive, I have had a few people try to talk me out of going on this mission. They place fears and doubt into my head, always reminding me of the risks that go along with leaving the country right now. Sometimes, it can be hard to filter it out. God has shown me that this is where He wants me to be, but uncertainty still seems to strike periodically. Hearing affirmations from my supporters really help me to keep a clear head and keep my eyes towards Jesus and His plan for me. God has really kept me strong through the controversy surrounding the trip, but your support really adds to it. THANK YOU TO THOSE WHO HAVE ENCOURAGED ME!!!

Keep me in your prayers as I continue this chapter in my life, I pray that God continues to stretch me and brings me closer to Him. Let's be the hands and feet of Jesus!
